Information Privacy

In the course of doing business with you we may collect information from you only as necessary to complete our contractual obligations. This information may be personally identifiable information, e.g. contact information. Very simply, Eye on Life Photography respects and protects your privacy. We will not rent, sell or share your personal information with outside companies for their promotional use. The information you provide to Eye on Life Photography will be used to process your order. However, there are some situations that may require us to share some information in order to complete our obligations to you, examples of where this would be necessary:

I. Order Processing:
We will share information with vendors specific to fulfilling an order or contractual obligation.
a. Product Delivery: This may include address and other contact information only as necessary to fulfill our obligation. Situations that would cause us to share this information (but not limited to); (i) Client requests materials be dropped shipped from one of our vendors to your location, (ii) We use carriers such as UPS, Fed-Ex, and US Mail to deliver goods to you.

b. On-Location Projects: Client requirements require vendor delivery of materials, supplies, and/or equipment directly to the shoot/project location

II. Financial:
Presently we use external vendors to process payments. Financial institutions may require specific information to process payment. The privacy policies of these institutions would apply. Presently our payment processor is PayPal, and the information they require is not presented to Eye on Life Photography. Presently we do not obtain or store Credit Card information.

III. Legal:
If for some reason law enforcement, via court order, requires Eye on Life Photography to provide information, then I have no choice.

Acceptable Use of your Information;  Occasionally we may contact you with special offers that may interest you. Eye on Life Photography may send you mail, email, or call regarding specials, events, offers, update, reminders of upcoming appointments. Should you not wish to receive these communications please send an email to info@eyeonlifephotography.com requesting removal.
